Hotel a Nacogdoches

“Property is new and in great shape. Room was large. We had issues with the WiFi but management resolved it right away. Breakfast was ok. Standard for this type of hotel. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a very late check in. The staff we understanding and accommodating. Breakfast was well stocked and good variety. The room was clean and had enough towels, shampoo and soap. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again in the future.”

“I was in a non smoking room but apparently it was right beside a smoking room or someone was smoking in a room they were not supposed to be smoking in because my room was so full of cigarette smoke it was burning my eyes”

“First off it advertises free breakfast with a certain room but the front desk person said they don’t have it then the room was the most out dated old furnished stains all over the walls everything in the room was rusted carpets were coming up and it’s smelled”

“There were dead flys in my bed and the towels weren’t even clean. Had to ask for a second set.and there was just a frame propped up against my door”

“Staff was very helpful in assisting with needs. Not bad experience for the price paid. There was black mold in a room though which can be dangerous so not sure if I would want to go back unless I had to but then again they did move us to a much better room and the whole motel is getting renovated. Overall I would say 3 out of 5.”

“See my first review and it's pretty much the same. **Shower curtain needs to be longer** The desk clerks weren't welcoming and seemed bothered when questioned. Hospitality and courtesy is a must in the field they chose. Smile SN: TV channels should include YouTube and link codes for mobiles.”
