“Warmly greeted. Great room on top floor! Excellent workout room with top of the line, good condition equipment. Convenient to have Tavola restaurant right in the building for dinner before concert (we could walk to) and a drink after. Second time staying here. ”

“The Hyatt Centric was located in the heart of downtown and was especially close to The Armory and some great restaurants. The room was spotless, the bathroom had both a shower and tub and they sparkled. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. Staff was always available and super helpful. The bartender was friendly and made a great martini. We did not use parking, the gym, or take advantage of the breakfast option.”

“The gym is clean and well stocked with equipment. Logan at the front desk was very helpful. Fantastic lobby.”

“The common areas were a little warm and stuffy. The couch in the room was not very comfortable at all, and the shower door was interestingly placed you could only open it with the bath room door completely closed as it opened into the bathroom and it did not latch or seal. Other than this the stay was very pleasant.”

“Hotel was nice. Staff checking in and out were very nice and helpful. Parking was in lot and even though vehicles were registered with hotel they still gave a $94.00 parking ticket (on top of $30.00 parking free). Had to go back into hotel where they said they'd get it canceled but still might receive a ticket in mail and to just ignore it.”

“I stayed 9 nights and I was a pleasure from the start to check out everything was on point, clean and efficient. The staff are very helpful 24 hours a day. Highly recommend the corner rooms”

“The hotel rooms were beautiful and had ample space. The pillows were amazing. The only issue I had was having to request a breakfast coupon every day. That was inconvenient and the floor I was on did not have an ice machine. The breakfast expensive, but quite tasty.”

“The structure is old and it could be charming; the services (restaurant, fitness, room cleaning, reception,..) are not well organized”

“Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. ”
