“The location is absolutely perfect. It is within walking distance of some great restaurants. The staff was amazing. They were very kind and helpful.”

“For price you can’t beat it but be ready for stupid - there was a DV issue one night - screaming etc. Outside my door there was a toilet bowl scrubber (not used tk gd) on the ground all day. Pool looked clean, gym way too cold and limited”

“We were on the 16th floor and the fire alarm went off at 2am for no reason!! People on the lower floors said there was something on the intercom stating everyone needed to evacuate the building, but there is no intercom system where we were! All of us in the 16th floor were looking at each other confused because we didn’t know what was going on and no one to answer the front desk phone, so down 16 flights of stairs we went to find that something was just wrong with the alarm and they had no idea...

“This is a spectacular little boutique hotel in downtown Norfolk. The location is great for walking to the theater and the water district. There’s dining everywhere. The biggest bonus is the glass art museum that’s included with your stay.”

“Staff members at the check in were nice and the room was very clean as I expected”

“Was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was good and seemed fresh. Rooms clean. Did have one towel that seemed to be stained, but all in all good. Not sure if it is the scent of the cleaner or what but there was a constant aroma of what seemed to be Marijuana in the hall way. We did not smell it in our room however. All an all I would return and enjoyed the stay. 4 out of 5 stars.”

“Love this property. The staff was very kind and helpful. I had an event to attend and needed a early check in. While there wasn"t any available rooms for me she was kind enough to assign me a room so the chexk-in process was easy when I returned. That"s why its always Hilton for the stay!”

“Staff were incredibly friendly, and the property itself was beautiful. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the restaurant and spent a great deal of time at the pool. Our room was also very spacious and clean. The only downside was the temperature in the room. Despite setting the AC to its lowest setting, temperatures reached 78–80°F during the day and remained around 75–78°F at night. “Nothing is a hassle here. The parking isnt a hassle. Checking isn't a hassle. Rooms are always on point. Love the art, the restaurants and the gym. The scenery looks good the people look good. This is my go to place when I want this crash in norfolk.”
