"Hotel is VERY dirty... poorly managed lifeguards play on their personal phone more than they do their job. "Room was clean enough. Windows had handprints all over them so obviously those weren't cleaned before we came. It was dusty and needs upgraded. Tv channels, hotel, etc. The pool was freezing but the jacuzzi was great. We got to use it for 2 days but by Friday night and Saturday it was overtaken by ..."
