When I reserved this hotel the pictures of the property looked good. When I arrived it was not the same hotel as per the pictures. The hotel is old and out dated. Beware of the false advertising.

Nice hotel,close to everything,shopping etc

I pro: Staff is very nice,very confortable and close to metro, shopping and dîning.
I contro: air conditioning noisy in the room if that could be better this hotel could be very very nice
Posizione: Metro shopping dîning .
Very Nice place to stay,confortable ,clean ,close to shopping banking, eating at the hotel was good and pleasing.

Nice and decent hotel

I pro: It´s near everything and is very easy to move everywhere. it has access to metro, taxi and can walk to all kind of stores or restaurants of all kind.
I contro: Wifi, it´s weak. you need to be next to the door to have very good signal or if you are using a small device. You need to pay for any extra device.
Posizione: Restaurants, supermarkets, stores, transportation, bank, and offices of all kind. it is in an old part of the city but is plenty to do.
The price was very good for all of the advantages of the place, the personnel of the staff were very useful and gentle. The food was very good and the room was clean and confortable.

Old carpets, but clean and nice beds, I spend a good night over there and nice breakfast it's not luxury perfect hotel but in general I liked it

El hotel exelente , la comida fue lo malo muy poca variedad y no muy buena. El personal del hotel exelente nos atendieron muy bien .la piscina y jacuzzi 24 hrs .exelentes vacaciones . Es un destino muy interesante

Enjoyed the breakfast and front desk staff. The men were very helpful to obtain taxi when needed. Great staff. They were extremely helpful.

bad hotel

This hotel is on bad shape, they charge for towels n everything they can, no hot water n the rooms are dirty, i miss my flight on my way there due to weather issues n they dont refund my money n make me pay for a full day, the manager was not a good help she can't make any desicions, the area around the hotel is just a mess garbage all over the place not a good area for tourist.
