Hotel That Is Guest Friendly

I pro: The staff; professional, helpful and courteous, and patient. Same was true on the casino side, although they took my money.
I contro: Room service menu to include bar drinks.
Posizione: There is a helpful guest representative and concierge, simply ask them; seriously.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It met all of my expectations.

Needs up date in mobiliary and humidity problems

Staff is very nice and kind. Good locación, but walls are very thin, you have to overhear your neighbors in rooms and halls. The lobby has a terrible smell and Is very humid. It is definitely not a five atar hotel as prometes by expedía.

Nice Hotel -- Good Value

I pro: It's location and helpful staff.
I contro: The pool table felt and cues.
Posizione: Good food is easy to find and a large 24 hr grocery store is within 1 block.
Check in was pleasing with a clerk who spoke very good English. Housekeeping, room service, etc. spoke Spanish but could provide an English speaking member when asked. The pool table felt and cues were extremely worn but other than that it was a wonderful experience.

Great location, not a 4 star hotel

I contro: More lounge chairs in pool area. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, trying to get served a cup of coffee however was slow.
Posizione: The Metra is walking distance away. There are all kinds of great restaurants in the area, all types of food.
Please keep in mind 4 star hotels in other countries do not equate to 4 stars in USA hotels. On USA standards this hotel probably would rank 3 stars. The staff was friendly, the internet worked fine, our room was comfortable. The hotel is very convenient to the Metra and is in walking distance to many great restaurants. The pool area is pretty tiny and there are not enough lounge chairs to accommodate guests. We opted for the club package, and although there was not a separate club area to have the cocktail hour and breakfast as stated in hotel information, these services were offered in main dining area and lobby bar.

Convenient and reasonably priced

On first impressions, the hotel could do with a bit of refurbishment. But the rooms are nice and clean. Staff were helpful. Food was fine. The hotel is conveniently located, near bus and metro stations. Plenty of nice bars and restaurants nearby (eg, in the more expensive hotels).

The hotel wanted to charge per person in a double bed room If there are two people of we booked double bed is because we are two. smelled like garbage, staff never available

Best 50 Buck hotel deal in Panama

I pro: location, location, location
I contro: the restaurant service on Sunday night was extremely bad especially in light of excellent service every other night.
Posizione: For those visiting Panama for the BEST of Columbia, they can be found every night at the Havana Bar directly across the street from the Marriot
Great location, great facilities, and super friendly staff. The room was large, clean, with good AC, flat screen tv with a 100 channels, and a large refrigerator...what more do you need.

Très bel accueille tout était parfait

I pro: souper au restaurant de l'hôtel bon et pas cher.... Filet mignon pour moins de $10.us Bon service
Nous avons pris un taxi de l'aéroport référer par bureau d'information... taxi blanc... très bon service... $30us pour aller a l'hôtel... cela les vaux.... accueil a l'hôtel parfait... demande un chambre coté piscine moins de bruit... tous est fait... sans problème.... service souriant et aimable... nous le recommandons a nos amis... placer centre ville.... promener en début de soirée... cela a bien été.... pour le retour a l'aéroport le lendemain pris le service de voiturier de l'hôtel... très bien $13.us par personne c'est ok....

I pro: staff members were all polite, friendly and professional always.
overall great value for money ... Excellent location, 10 seconds from the metro. All staff members were always polite and happy to serve. The hotel is a bit old ... But I will surely be back.
