“Grand Hotel Lafayette Buffault”

Molto comodo per spostarsi si trova vicino alla fermata della metro Le Peletier. Altra comodità è la vicinanza di un supermercato aperto tutto il giorno. Un po' carente la pulizia della camera e la manutenzione dell'hotel. Il servizio era cordiale.

L' albergo non è male ,non è confortevole ma nel complesso abbastanza buono . Dato il prezzo e la centralità è un buon compromesso.Ribadisco ottima la posizione.

“Giovane coppia”

l'hotel è molto vicino alla metro Le Peletier.. quindi si possono raggiungere facilmente le mete più belle di Parigi.. il personale dell'hotel è molto scontroso.. la nostra camera aveva un odore non molto gradevole.. un bagno piccolissimo.. ma abbiamo visto altre camere ed erano molto più grandi e pulite della nostra..(siamo stati sfortunati).. ma cmq lo consiglio.. per il prezzo pagato va bene...

“Enjoyed staying at this gracefully aging Hotel”

My wife and I enjoyed this hotel, located along a quiet little side-street. The hotel itself is past it's glory days, but the staff keeps the place ship-shape and very clean. We chose to have a room with a private bath, and so were located on the sixth floor. (lift only went to five) However, the view from our window was great, and no one was above us! The room was well-fitted, with a comfy mattress and a nicely set-up smaller bathroom. We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk before & after our stay, so that we weren't packing around Paris. We definitely recommend this location if you're arriving in Paris via the Eurostar, as it is fairly close to Gare de Nord. It is also located within a reasonable walking distance of many of the main sights in Paris. (recommend the Metro to get to the Eiffel Tower or Arc de Triumphe quickly)

“A Paris 2 Star ... not much for the money but OK”

The Hotel was an easy 15 minute walk from the Gare du Nord, where the train from London arrives, straight down the Rue de Lafayette. The area around the train station is a little frightening, but the neighborhood improves tremendously as you walk down the Rue towards the Hotel and then beyond to the Opera House. There is a very useful Metro stop less than 1 block away that takes you right to the River, Notre Dame, and the Louvre. The lobby of the Hotel was descent and fairly recently rehabbed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rest of the Hotel is old and tired, but clean. Our family-size room was actually quite spacious for Paris and easily fit the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 tween/teen kids). The bathroom was nice enough and more recently remodeled than the rest of the room. But the cost for what we got was a real shock...3Xs more than a similar same thing in Chicago. As is Paris in June.

“good but noisy at night”

The hotel is good for its price. I had only problem that the noise of the cars and motor bikes prevent us from sleeping.

“Nice, Quiet Hotel”

The hotel was adequate. It was in a good area near subway stops and great local stores. The area was quiet and didn't have a lot of nightlife but had great cafes and restaurants nearby.

“Good for the price”

The hotel is good for the price. It's well located and clean. The only thing that's not so good are the employees. They are not receptive as well.

“I would go back to this hotel”

The only complaint I have with this hotel is the front desk could have been more outgoing and/or helpful. Hotel was close to shops, subway and food.
