molto comoda la posizione, metropolitana vicino ma anche a piedi ottimo per muoversi. servizio ottimo e molto cordiale. Camere pulite, un pò piccole ma nella media di Parigi comode. raccomando questo albergo

“Hotel Duret in camera DeLux - Perfetto per una coppia d'amanti ;-)”

L'hotel è posizionato molto bene, è piccolino, moderno ed estremamente accogliente. Il personale è molto disponibile, e ci ha fatto tenere la stanza fino alle 13. Le camere De-Luxe sono davvero un gioiellino, e lo spazio, sempre ristretto a Parigi, era adeguato. Letto piacevolissimo, cuscini morbidi, belle luci, ottima temperatura. Silenzioso nella notte, strade tranquille intorno, perfettamente collegato con la Metro 1 Argentine, e c'è anche una pasticceria d'angolo alla fine di via Duret, spettacolare per pranzare. Ci tornerò. Mi sono trovato molto bene. Erano i giorni della grande nevicata di Dicembre 2010 e non ho avuto problemi di nulla nemmeno in albergo.

“Hotel Duret - vicino all'Arc de Trionfe e al Palais des Congrès”

hotel molto bello. un boutique hotel a costi moderati, stanze pulite, molto confortevoli, a due passi dalla Avenue de la grande armée, e l'arc de Trionfe. abbiamo cenato benissimo alla Brasserie Grande Armèe a 5 minuti dall'albergo. a 5 minuti c'è anche la stazione metro e la stazione RER.

“Very Satisfied”

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Duret from July 31 - August 8. We were extremely happy with the hotel and its location. We stayed on the second floor (room 201) - actually the third level as the ground floor isn't considered floor one. From what I can tell, this is one of the few floors that had a small balcony. We didn't have any problem with noise as one reviewer stated. If I stood at our door, I was able to hear people enter their rooms, but nothing after that. The drinking water in Paris is fine - no need to buy bottled water. Our room had a large bathroom, comfortable queen sized bed, walk in closet with a safe (where you can keep your passport) and small fridge. The hotel is a 5 min walk to the Argentine Metro station. I would advise using the Metro to get around as it will save you time. When you get to your destinations, you will be doing lots of walking. A word of warning though, if you plan on traveling during August, several of the shops around the hotel were closed. The butcher shop, bakery, chocolatier shop, and some of the other shops were closed. There is a small grocery store just down the road (just past the Thai restaurant). I would advise going there to buy anything you need. There is a wine shop down the road or you can buy wine at the grocery (cheap to expensive). I would pick up a bottle for your picnic along the Seine. If you find a vintage you like, good luck trying to find the same bottle! Paris is amazing. I plan on going back!

“Excellent hotel, very friendly staff & in an ideal location to explore all the main Paris tourist at”

We stayed at Hotel Duret for our honeymoon. It is a beautiful, modern boutique hotel, located on a quiet street close to the Arc de Triomph. On arrival we were upgraded to a more superior room & were offered a complimentary bottle of wine. All staff were very helpful & friendly. The hotel is in an ideal location, it is situated a 2 min walk away from metro station Argentine which is on line 1 of the subway system providing access to all main tourist attractions i.e Champs de Lysee, Louvre etc.. within a few minutes.There is also a great choice of local bistros & cafes nearby, excellent food & very reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitley return on a future trip.

“Pleasant little hotel with local neighborhood appeal”

The Duret is a very small hotel with limited services, but rooms are comfortable, larger than expected for Paris, and clean. A real draw for us was the neighborhood appeal with patisserie, fruit market, grocery store, brasserie, bank all within the block. A main metro station is only one block away, which can connect you anywhere in the city. If you prefer being walking distance from major stores and attractions, this would not be the hotel for you. Also, desk staff were helpful, but no concierge service if you needed more assistance. I would return there, but my wife would prefer to be more centrally located for the next visit to Paris.

“Nice Hotel & Good location”

Nice Hotel short walk to Arc de Triomphe & Champs Elsyee (2-3 blocks) Great Bakery on corner & an okay Bistro. Enjoyed our stay, staff was very nice. Enjoyed a night cap at small lobby bar alone with my Wife at 3 AM after a long night on the town. Room was fine a little small by American standards, but clean. I would recommend this hotel, its small & quiet, with a nice staff.

“Hidden Gem”

Have just returned from this hotel after a four night stay. Would go back like a shot. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was so quiet we thought we were the only guests at one point. The room was small but perfectly adequate for our needs - we had a problem with the shower overflowing but this was mended the day we mentioned it. Breakfast is available in the hotel but can be got much cheaper round the corner at Bert's - coffee, OJ and pastry. Whatever you do don't drink in the hotel it is very expensive. Hotel is close to a Metro station so everything is easily accessible.
