“The hotel is in a very good location. My biggest issue was with the loud smell of moisture/mildew/ microbial growth in the room. Didn’t pay much attention to it until I started sneezing and coughing. After I got into the shower I could see where there was a ceiling leak(still active) that had mold coming through the ceiling along with water and the ceiling peeling off. “The room was very clean! Breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs, bacon crumbles, potatoes, toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt and muffins were available.”

“Keycard machine was broken when we arrived. Staff was pretty incompetent. We were told that there would be bedding for the pull out bed in the room, but there was none. When we called the front desk to inquire about it, we were not given clear answers on how to get extra bedding. The bedding that we got did not fit the bed. “The room was clean and the breakfast was great. We didn’t like that our room was right beside the pool. The pool closed around 10 and it was pretty loud through the wall. A room situated away from the pool would be ideal next time.”

“The room was an instant turnoff because soon as I came in I noticed some type of greasy substance or maybe bodily fluids on the bed . The room was also uncomfortable temperature wise.
