“Staff was very friendly and welcoming at arrival, stay was great very convenient to everything around, however, I’ve had better breakfast at other hotels. Overall family friendly would be staying there again”

“The shower didn't work properly in our bathroom. A piece of metal fell on my head as I open the bathroom door. The extra moneybi paid for a balcony, it faces the foof with stones on the top.”

“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all. The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

No dishes, silverware, shampoo etc. you have to ask. They apologized for not having a full suite of dishes to provide, I guess they don’t want to drive the 400 yards to Walmart to keep there supplies stocked. Staff is never at front desk. “This place should not be considered a hotel, it is more like an outdated apartment building that is falling apart. People live here, there was a person with their Christmas tree outside their door. This place needs so many repairs and is currently under construction. I feel bad for the people that work there, because Laura at the front desk was nice and the maintenance guy was nice too. I understand it's not their fault that this building is falling apart and they are trying hard to deal with...

“This hotel was above what I expected. The staff was very kind and helpful. The managers were very patient and understanding. Don’t hesitate to speak to any of the staff if you need help with anything they will go out of their way to help you. The breakfast and managers reception had decent food. The hotel is pretty clean. The amenities decent. I will definitely come back here again in the near future.”
