“Area behind the tv screen was very dusty. Safe did not work and couldn’t set the alarm clock. Parking was fine but breakfast was nothing to rave about.”

“Parking was convenient. Everything was clean and well kept. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was substantial and yummy.”

“Overall my stay was good but the bed was not very comfortable. The outshot the property was not well maintained, there were weeds everywhere.”

“The hotel is close to the interstate and ATW airport. The staff was polite and helpful. The building and room shows a lot of wear and tear. The 2 upholstered chairs in the room were quite dirty / stained.”

“All accommodations were very good”

“The included small watermark was definitely the highlight of our stay. Our kids really enjoyed it. They do allow the public to use the waterpark so after 12pm it does get pretty busy, at least on a Saturday. Breakfast was the standard free breakfast. My biggest complaint is the beds. They were all so hard and uncomfortable. The pull up couch mattress was like a sheet over hard metal springs.”

“Cleanness and staff’s behavior are excellent.”

“The pool area is great but you could tell it was not swept daily. There were leaves all over the floor umbrella for tables. Most time we used the hot tub or pool the were no clean towels. Our room was great except that there was take out food in the microwave when we arrived and dirt wash rags still in the bathroom. I brought it to management attention and it was taken care of right away along with the clogged tub and bathroom sink.”

“It was absolutely disgusting, whatever you do don't lift the mattress up, you will find garbage everywhere!!! Don't try to use a shower, its broken and water sprays everywhere!!! And when you check out, be prepared!! There will be at least 6 workers standing right outside your door waiting for you to leave (not even 2 seconds after we checkout out) we had a few bags left to get into the van and all the workers from that hotel were all right outside my door in-between the door and my van,...

“It was clean well kept the room did have damage on the ceiling and on a door but other wise it was nice.”

“Staff is responsive to all requests. The primary lady who runs the hotel is always available.”

“We checked in and immediately found a needle (things drugs) and a pacifier in the middle of the floor. The employee offered to give us a free night some other time. I’ll lever go back to this hotel. It’s full of rude people that obviously live there. Pathetic. We had such a great experience the first time we stayed here. This last time was so disappointing. Go anywhere else. The hot tub in our room was amazing, that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place.”

“Fresh and clean room with great bed and plenty of pillows. Good water pressure in the shower. Have stayed here several times and it is my go to when flying in to Appleton”
