“The TV picture would not show. The water would not drain in the sink. When reported to the front desk they stated they would let someone know and she mentioned that they were in the middle of switching out the TVs. I’m not sure why they would put me in a room where the TV was not working. The cleanliness of the room was poor. I kept feeling as though something was crawling on me. “Room wasn’t bad but the only issue was the water came out looking yellowish and the entire hotel smelled like mold. Other than that everything else was great .”

“We were in town for a wedding and spent one night at the Hamilton house inn. Our room was, clean, comfortable and extremely quiet. Shawn cooked us French toast, sausage, and grits for breakfast. It was delicious. If we ever return to Monroe, we will stay again. 5 stars!”

“The room was huge! It was very clean and I was excited to see that it didn't have carpet. The bed was very comfortable with good sheets, pillows and a very nice comforter. The jetted tub was a pleasant surprise and very much enjoyed! Will definitely stay here again.”

Noise started early in the morning with no warning or concern from the staff. “The property was well maintained, and my room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was positive. My only complaint was that the air conditioning unit was quite loud, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying there again.”

“I’ve stayed at this property many times. It’s extremely aesthetically appealing and the staff are super friendly but that’s as far as it goes. It’s nothing really special about or comes with the hotel. Basic amenities, no free breakfast, or no pool. And for the price you pay, you'd think….but nope, nothing.
