“The hotel is situated in a fantastic location with great views, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about what guests expect and they deliver with ease, the rooms are unique and comfortable which complement the amazing views
The car park is ample and safe for hotel guests and for restaurant diners
our continental breakfast was great and accompanied by a barista coffee, well worth the visit and looking forward to visiting again ”

“Fabulous grand manor that’s been updated and converted. Good use of glass for atrium areas that feel warm. They take good pride in their food and for good reason - everything was absolutely delicious and at the highest levels, quite shocking for such a small place. But book your seating right away and early - limited seating. ”

“The ceiling was leaking liquid down the bathroom wall. The room was not set up for 2 people.
There should be a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo, wash gel, etc.
Could not figure out how to turn on towel warmer.
Upside is the you g lady at the reception desk was very responsive.

“I booked through Expedia and didn't realise that even though it says the hotel has air con. That is only if you book a room with air con. Standard rooms don't have it. Our first roo. Had a meagre fan and smelt bad. However the staff were great and moved us to a room with air con and we were lucky as it was the last one!
But the bathroom was not clean. Had to get people to come and clean the bath which had scummy around it at the bottom and the room door was broken and the top.

“Good price but reflected in the extremely poor state of the rooms and particularly the bathroom.
Cracked walls, lights that didn’t work, and an incredibly creaky floor. I really felt for anyone underneath us.
