“Disgusted!”
Dirty room - bathroom hadn't been cleaned, urine on the floor. Homeless or "long term residents" of the north wood were yelling and screaming in the parking lot both nights. Uncomfortable beds, cheap foam pillows - two towels for four guests. Would never stay there again, place is. A dump and should be condemned.
“Decent enough”
The hotel does not look much different than most hotels in that price range, and it did not have internet as far I could tell. However it was clean and the mattress was firm and comfortable allowing for a decent night's sleep. The complimentary (free) breakfast was better than the normal continetal style breakfast common to hotels, consisting of fresh cooked eggs, toast, coffee and meat served by a friendly staff. If your not looking for the Ritz, this place suited the basic needs for a business trip on a budget.
“Okay for a few nights.”
Motel is dated but room was clean. Requested extra pillows and they were brought to our room almost immediately. We read that the room only included 2 breakfasts per day but we were 4 persons, they gave us breakfast for all 4 of us without asking. Kids enjoyed the pool with a water slide.

Terrible service the room was extremely dirty and there was constant noise all through the night
“Not bad for the price”
For a place to lay your head for the night, it's just fine. We were there on a Fri night and there are 2 bars near by so there were some loud arguments and drunken noise about 2am but I was prepared for that. The cook didn't show up that day so the kitchen was extremely behind on the free breakfast orders. I wasn't expecting a whole lot though, knowing that it is a bar neighbourhood so it was very good for what my expectations were.
“Only 2 towels provided”
The hotel is Ok for the price but I booked a hotel room for 4 people but was only supplies with 2 towels. The would not bring additional towels for us. We were only allowed the initial 2. The restaurant is OK. Grumpy staff. Slammed my 5 year old daughters breakfast on the table so half the hashbrown's flew on the floor. Verry poor customer service all around.
“will never go back”
This was one of the worst experience I have had with a hotel. Front desk RUDE when I needed to call at 4 am as was woken up again with someone coming to my door looking for someone. The front desk said " there's nothing I can do, you will have to talk to the manager" There was a fight in the next room, you can hear everything, people running, toilet flushing, people turning on the showers. The beds were just mattresses. They work all springs so definately no comfort. This is a really run down hotel and needs repairs. I would only rate this hotel a one out of five. I am surprised it's even allowed to operate.
