“Only one elevator with slow service; room furniture poor; terrible room coffee; expensive lobby coffee by Starbucks: no breakfast; lack of small toiletries; over priced for value received. Would not stay again.”

“The biggest problem with this hotel was hygiene and maintenance. To start with, check-in should be a simple problem. However, we were left standing at the desk for 25 minutes rating for the two staff members to troubleshoot one of the two room key programming devices at the desk. “I loved the location. The breakfast was great for a complimentary breakfast. Bed was comfortable. And hotel was very clean. Staff was helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Hotel was okay. Lobby is nice. Room was spacious, but floors felt dirty and there wasn’t hot water, only warm water. Waiting at least 5 minutes for the water in the sink to warm up enough for me to wash my face and the water in the shower never got hot, just warm. Breakfast on weekend doesn’t start until 7:00.”

“So I chose this hotel only because it was last minute and pricing was durable. On arrival I noticed the outside of the building looked crazy but I tried to look past that (they are building on to the property) staffing was beyond helpful. The room reeked of smoke smell , carpet was not vacuumed, outside of the toilet had not been properly wiped. My bathroom didn’t come with a blow dryer waited an hour for one. “Have to give a big shout out to Tobi! She is amazing. She alone makes the hotel special, from check in to check out-making sure guests have everything they need. Our room was well equipped and spacious. Exceeded expectations!”
