“Clean hotel friendly staff.”

“Every sheet, blanket, and the mattress had ample stains. Towels were stained. Shower had dark haired in the drain. Overall, old hotel that has not been updated in a long time.”

“Excellent stay right on the campus. Perfect for a camp and next day visit and tour of the campus.”

“Holes in the curtains, terrible smell throughout the room, lumpy and saggy bed (yes, it was both) and the light in the bathroom had to be on a timer so you could forget about a nice long shower. I couldn’t stay and had to find another place to stay it was that bad”

“The breakfast menu was awesome. Amanda is an amazing cook ! I stayed at the Amberson House for 3 nights and was very happy about my experience there. The house its self is a beatiful old home and funished beautifully wth antiques . Everone was very welcoming and friendly. ”

“The room was clean & conveniently located by the first floor exit door. The continental breakfast was ok. I had trouble figuring out how to adjust the thermostat & the room was warm during the night. Also, there was a charge added to our card that we didn't understand. The manager tried to explain it but said it would be taken off when we checked out. That effected our financial decisions during our stay. Otherwise everything was good.”

“Clean room. Close to fairgrounds for Ford Nationals. Goid value for money. Ice machine was broken while we were there. We went for breakfast around 8 and lots of food options out and not replenished they served from 6-10, very disappointed as we had to go to McDonalds next door. We would stay here again, however.”

“Great location and large room, downside was no staff on site; we needed to call to get someone from the next door diner to open the door. No welcome or further context. Also no staff when we checked out. Rooms are nice and spacious, the outdoors patio and garden are a great opportunity to relax in, but is current quite empty; if they would make this a bit more cosy and welcoming it would be a lot better.”

“Great hotel! Perfect for our visit to Gettysburg. The pool and hot tub were great, and the breakfast was hot and delicious. The ladies attending the breakfast were very attentive and helpful. They even offered to carry a plate to our table because they could see our hands were full. Lovely place and even lovelier people.”
