“Had a great one night stay after a wedding! We are very particular about the cleanliness of hotel rooms, and I’m happy to report we had no issues here. The rooms are very updated and leave a clean modern look on the furniture, beds, bathrooms, etc. Definitely looking forward to having another staycation here!”

“Room quality was not what we expected at Sheraton Hotel. Outdated carpet and furniture!! We requested another room, buy they Moved us to another room next day. Still, the location of the room was very close to the swimming pool and the whole area did not smell goog, and the 2nd room was also outadted. We requested a room at a higher floor level but the staff declined!! We are very sure that they had many rooms available at higher levels, but we did not feel that the staff gave us equal...

“If you need to stay near Detroit Metro, there is LITERALLY nowhere better than here! You will not be disappointed. Big rooms, clean, food was excellent in the morning, shuttle we did not use, but noticed how they were friendly and on time. You cannot ask for more. It is slightly pricier - but you get what you pay for. It is in a safe location and getting to the airport is a breeze!”

“They were very under staffed and staff made that very clear. We asked house keeping for clean towels and told them they didn’t need to clean our room. They told us they were too busy and so we used the same towels for 3 days. Lots of kids. Lots of kids. Tyler who checked us in was great, worked his tail off. The older black lady who did breakfast Saturday morning 5/6 was fantastic!”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise.
