“Martin was very helpful with arranging airport shuttle to and from. The room was clean and warm. For the price, location and the excellent staff this is a good option.”

“There were broken items such as mirrored closet doors, the master bed had a broken frame, the refrigerator freezer door handle was broken and the door handle leading to the patio was broken. There were many steps leading to this apartment which made it difficult to carry luggage up and done. The apartment was clean and decorated nicely and the kitchen was supplied with cookware, dishes, and cleaning supplies.”

“We arrived late and they picked us up and checked us in no problems and everyone was so friendly. Bed was very comfortable and free breakfast was plentiful. Would stay again”

“Unfortunately, this place was not what we were expecting. There were some things that prevented the apartment from receiving higher ratings. For example, no screens in the windows plus no AC meant we were hot the entire time. Also, the half bath has no fan, so when nature calls, you share it with the bedroom… especially with the barn doors. Finally, the pictures make it seem like the entire place is yours, but you are no one of four apartments in the home.”

“Property manager Chen was rude, often saw her & the owner treating workers poorly. Wouldn’t recommend but it was a place to stay when everywhere else was booked during tourist season.”

“Wonderful, clean and comfortable rooms”

“Due to key card issues, the room was unlocked and the door ajar at arrival. The room had musty odor which we were able to mitigate somewhat with the AC and one of the window locks was broken so the window didn't close tight. There was only 1 bed and we were offered to purchase a roll away cot for the night if needed.”

“We didn’t even check in. We pulled up to the house and it looked scetchy!!! Dirty rolled up carpet impeding the door to enter the apartment, broken down car with broken window in the driveway. Neighbor kids running all over the place. Not at all how it was portrayed on your site!!! Such a disappointment!!!”

“We are vegan so the food offered there wasn’t really for us, but the tea was nice. It’s close to downtown. The toilet & shower are up off the floor - seemed unsafe, but we did okay and for what we were in Anchorage for, the stay was okay.”

“The man at the front desk when we checked in may 21, 2026 around 4:30ish pm was the best. He went out of his way to explain parking to me. His explanation should be included in the voyager inn website because it is a complete picture of your options. The website just says public parking - let me tell you the parking availability is dicey. You must pay the meter when you street park. Check the rules or u will be ticketed. The lot across the street that is for parking services has time limits...

“Property is close to downtown Anchorage . However , the sorroundings feels unsafe . The day we checked in , we had a neighbor being charge of sexual harassment and lewd acts which is so creepy . We can smell the smoke within the property. The front desk was ok . Accomodating . No fridge ,or complimentary water at least . Property looks unkept and charges were so expensive .
