We were in Hemet for our granddaughters graduation. The hotel was closely located to all our activities. It was very quiet and everyone was very pleasant. We would definitely stay again.

Clean & Comfortable Stay

I pro: Cleanliness. It looked the entire hotel had been recently remodeled.
There aren't a lot of choices for places to stay in Hemet, but Quality Inn fit the bill for what we needed. We were in Hemet for business and needed just one night of accommodations. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The office staff was very pleasant. The surrounding area wasn't great, but it was easy and short trip to get to anywhere we needed to go. We're planning the same trip next year, and we'll definitely stay here again.

Recently updated, still needs work

My overall first impression of the lobby and of the room were that it was clean and must have recently been updated. Everything looked nice and with the exception of a parking lot that was too small it felt clean and nice. The problems came when we tried to go to sleep. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows were very small. The A/C unit was spotty and didn't work properly. We could have asked to switch rooms but had already settled in by the time we realized the A/C wasn't working well and were too lazy to change. We were on the first floor and could hear every step of the people in the room above us. When they flushed the toilet or turned on the shower it sounded like it was coming from our bathroom (very loud). On the positive side the TV was really nice with DirecTV which was much better than the typical hotel TV channels. Also they offered complimentary water bottles which was nice and the continental breakfast options were decent. I'd probably stay again if I was assured a room with a working A/C and had enough pillows.

Not a safe looking motel

I contro: The entire area and don't have a room by itself over a laundromat.

The room was extremely unattractive, smelled stale. My hubby and I felt uncomfortable and looked for another hotel which we lucked up and found.

I contro: Cleaniness! is always a improvment. Never stop over cleaning.

Good stay. nice staff. I would stay there again. Please change this section to except less comment. I wrote what I wanted. and you keep prompting me to write more.

I pro: Professional and attentive staff, clean rooms, clean landscape, clean pool area.
I contro: The breakfast area could be bigger.
Posizione: I flew down to visit with my 106 year young grandmother.
My grandmother lives in Hemet, my cousin lives in Cherry Valley, so this hotel was perfect to visit my relatives.

Decent stay in Hemet

Front desk clerk was very friendly and informative. Room was clean and comfortable, neighborhood is a little sketchy but you can't fault the hotel for that; parking in hotel lot can be challenging on a busy night, had to deal with noisy fellow guests partying in parking lot but it wasn't a big deal...

Not very accommodating, in a nice and polite way!

We came up to Hemet for a sporting event. The motel looks like it has been remodeled, but with the absolute cheapest builders grade materials. The closet door was almost paper thin and the door would not close well. It felt like you would snap it in half every time you used it. The area is noisy with road noise and the thin doors do not help. The bed was hard but sleep-able. There was a new flat screen TV and overall it was a decent motel room. The motel is the older section of Hemet next door to a very dicy looking liquor store. Luckily my room was not on that side of the motel. The people are very nice but whatever happened to 12 noon check out? Most places seem to be putting 11 am. We timed the event so we would have time to get back to the motel, shower and leave. When I saw 11 am check out I asked for another hour. They were nice but refused. I offered to pay extra, they refused. I explained the issue, they nicely refused. Customer service is more than just a smile, it is going a little out of your way help the customer resolve their issue. I got no help from the staff in actually resolving the issue, although, as I said, they were nice about it. I think next year I will be looking different lodging.

We are constantly upgrading and updating our property for our guests. There are times when we are happy to extend the check out time for a guests, but there are times we are unable. When we are sold out and have other guests waiting to check in, it makes it hard for our housekeeping department to have enough time to clean the rooms with late check outs.
