“everything seemed fine to me”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff super accommodating. The entrance is poorly marked and the parking lot entrance is in need of repair. Our stay was perfect for what we needed- comfortable bed and nice clean bathroom 😊 they even had some snacks available at the front desk!”

“No towels, no fitted sheets or pillow cases, broken A/C, black mold in shower, sink was gross, generally "dirty"”

“The room smelled like smoke and when I asked for an on smoking room, they said they did not have one so I had to spray air freshener. The white curtains were stained, there is a large piece of carpet missing replaced with a discolored one. The bed was so uncomfortable could feel the springs underneath, the shower bar was rusty and the shower pressure was awful, the toilet was wobbly like the screws were loose.”

“The parking lot is really torn up upon arrival. Lobby was clean and staff was fairly friendly upon checking in. Pool area was fun for the kids with toys and floaties available for them to use. Pool towels were not stocked in the pool area, so it was slightly in convenient having to hunt them down (after being told they should be in the cabinet in the pool area). The worst part was our room smelled like dirty, wet dog! It smelled so bad and hit you in the face every time we came back to the room....

“The shower didn't work and the bathroom room sick water both sides were cold and the bath tub didn't have a stopper to take a bath and there was no coffee pot or phone and the beds moved when getting on the bed. My mom and I and my fiance were supposed to have a bottom floor and we had to deal with the second floor it was hard to climb up and down the stairs. My mom was on oxygen and she still had to climb up the stairs. The TV's in the room half worked and they didn't really have much of a...

“It was a really nice place to stay. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were nice. There just wasn’t a shower curtain?”

“For the price, it's well rounded and the breakfast is good! First place I've been served gravy and biscuits. The fridge in the room was not full size, but large! Microwave in the room! Staff was nice and put me by an end door for the doggo to go potty. I need to check out the pool next time!”
