“Place was dirty and smelled like cigarettes in the halls and elevators. Shower curtain had a 8 inch hole in it as well as the shower tub being very visibly dirt and there were crumbs on the nightstand from previous person”

“We arrived to find the property under renovation. Our room was one in a wing of rooms in original condition. The carpet was torn and stained, not clear the sheets were clean, no towels, the towel rack was hanging off the wall as was the tissue holder, no glasses or cups, there was an extra (dented) refrigerator in the room. It would probably have failed any health or accommodation codes.”

“Enjoyable stay . Great location. Friendly staff . The only way to improve would be the breakfast menu needs a vegan option like oatmeal or grits !( Not the instant variety. )”

“This visit was a little disappointing. There was no soap in the room and the bathtub appeared that it hadn't been cleaned. I was told to park in front of the of the assigned room, but when I arrived there at 7 o'clock there was no space there.”

“A good place to stay when visiting Mentor. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and amenities like fridge and microwave were there for us. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful during check-in. There was complimentary continental breakfast included with the stay. ”

“Pros: The staff was very helpful at check-in and check-out. Additional towels were provided at request. The room was clean, as were the public spaces. Breakfast was okay, typical of most hotels. The coffee/tea station in the lobby was appreciated. Cons: There was debris on one of the elevator floors that remained there for two full days. I'm fairly certain that a staff member must have ridden that elevator during that time but neglected to clean it themselves or directed another staffer to do...
