Hotel in zona Worthington, Columbus

“The Staff were very nice and helpful. The room and hotel were both very clean. The kitchen was under renovation and was closed, so no breakfast was offered. The ice machine didn’t work on the floor I was on. The room had a nice working coffee pot and refrigerator though.”

“I always mention the positive things about a stay before the things I didn’t care for. The location is great! Just a minute from 270/23. There’s a McDonald’s & Starbucks within walking distance. The room was clean. The outdated, small bathroom was very clean and the shower head was fantastic. It was very warm when we were there. Thankfully the AC worked great. Rates were low. Checkin was pretty simple but we had to wait for someone to come to help us. The staff was helpful when needed but not...

“Breakfast buffet was great, SO many choices!! Elevator has been down for two months and we were on the 8th floor, so it was quite crowded ascending and descending. Front staff was very nice! Bed was quite comfortable and having a microwave and mini- fridge was great.”

“The cleanliness was questionable, as I noticed several strands of hair on the bathroom sink and in the bathtub upon arrival. Unfortunately, our air conditioning stopped working on the second night of our stay. We were informed that no other rooms were available and that maintenance was unavailable at the time, leaving us to endure an uncomfortable night until the issue could be addressed the following day. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and one of the better aspects of our stay....

“This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The whole place had an awful odor to it, the room itself was not very clean and was missing the mini fridge. And, to top it off, there were a ton of ants. By the heater, on the nightstand, on the desk, you name it. After all that, Expedia refused to do a full refund. Don’t use Expedia and never stay at this hotel.”

“Poor girl was by herself. So, nobody at the counter for 10 min. when I arrived. Only 1 elevator worked, at the time. Room was was ok, only decaf coffee in the kitchen. Next to zero water pressure in the shower, pathetic. When I got back from dinner, the elevator quit working, so walked up 4 flights with luggage. Sketchiest of areas. Just pay the extra $30-$50, and stay in Polaris area, next exit up I75.”
