What you can expect

Get to know the historic magical town Dolores Hidalgo! registered as the cradle of National Independence; the stage so that at dawn on September 16, 1810, the priest Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, called the people ringing the bells. Get into history knowing the emblematic Parish of Our Lady of Los Dolores, House of Visitors, The Museum of Independence and the House of Mariano Abasolo. It is worth mentioning that Don Miguel Hidalgo inherited the profession of pottery and ceramics from Talavera, which today enjoys great prestige, as well as the unusual flavours of the snows of this place. Also, visit Atotonilco, known as the Mexican Sistine Chapel for all the pictorial art contained within this beautiful Shrine, its founder, Father Luis Felipe Neri de Alfaro, gave himself a task for most of his life in leaving an evangelizing work, years later at the beginning of the independence struggle.
