“Staff were all super nice and pleasant! That’s about where the good stuff stopped. No soap or shampoo in the shower, place was visibly dirty, rundown, and the beds were terrible. But, I guess you get what you pay for. I just wanted a place to sleep and take a shower, which it did accomplish that, but I’ve slept better and had better showers at state park campgrounds. Should’ve just pitched a tent somewhere and been better off.
But like I said, the staff were all very friendly!”

“My stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and room-related issues.
First, my room did not have both a microwave and refrigerator as expected. I had to request that a microwave be moved from another room to mine.
Second, the hotel's front entrance door had an extremely loud squeak that could be heard clearly from my room, especially at night when trying to sleep. After the first night, I informed the manager and suggested that a simple application of lubricant could likely resolve...

“Room was nice, bed and location were great, however, the AC went out in the hotel at night. We were roasting! Our room got to 77 degrees with no relief whatsoever! Front desk was nice/understanding but no credit was given for the issue sadly!”

“Room was remarkably clean - the most spotless place I stayed in on this cross-country trip. Nice in-room amenities and decor that was cozy without veering too far into kitsch. Good location off the Interstate. Would definitely stay again if passing through Fargo.”
