“The apartment is in a great location but the room was so small and it had lots of hair in the bed. We also didn’t know it had no bathroom so we had to shower outside the room, it was a shared bathroom, not nice at all. ”

“We had an ok stay in the apartment. We loved that it was so central with approximately a 7-10 minute walk from the tube (the central line), which makes it very central. The neighborhood was very quiet and the apartment was spacious.
The apartment could have been cleaner and we found leftover old meat and crumbles in the airfryer.
We were able to check in from 3, however, the cleaning person was not finished until 3:30, which made us feel somewhat in the way.

“My poor experience with this booking started 5 minutes after booking it,where i received a confirmation email for booking followed by another email to say i have to pay 50 pounds extra for linen which was not mentioned in the booking, so ive contacted Expedia and they adviced that i should not pay and they will get in touch.
When we arrived to the property the owner said we have to pay 50 pounds or we can't check in,so we had to pay.
Anyway,after checking in,the linen were vlean,but otherwise...
