“Salve la struttura è ben posizionata nelle vicinanze di parecchie linee metro e questo è l' unico punto a suo favore , Sfavore : 1) NON si puo' gestire un albergo di 13 piani con 2 ascensori e per giunta usati sia dal personale delle pulizie ( con i relativi carrelli) che dagli operai che stavano ri-mettendo la moquet nel 2023??? ) attese anche di 20minuti per scendere 2) La colazione non è fornita direttamente da loro ma si deve accedere ad un locale adiacente ( gran canyon bistrò) quindi con...

“Hotel was nice, very clean. We stayed 3 nights, and although we followed instructions to not have our towels washed daily for eco-friendly reasons, every day we got new towels. Since we were following posted instructions to not have towels washed daily to save water,I found this very disappointing.”

“Ottima posizione accanto alla linea metro E che la prendi a Jamaica station (collegamento con Air train), e con altre lonee metro che collegano con Manhattan. La strutture è estremamente pulita. Le camere sono grandi, spaziose e hanno il bagno. La colazione è dalle 6.30 alle 10.00 ed è a buffet (salato, dolce, frutta). Ad ogni ora sono disponibili benvande calde e fredde e i bagel. “Non era la struttura che avevo scelto e sono stata qui riprotetta. Hotel completamente nel nulla. La sera che siamo arrivati dopo il volo intercontinentale e la scoperta che l'altro hotel prenotato non era disponibile perché requisito dal governo per metterci i migranti (grazie Expedia X non averci informato prima...) speravamo solo di cenare e dormire. Hotel surroundings are not the best, but they are heavily working to improve them. During April 2025 there were work in progress near the hotel, so bring a good pair of earplugs for your stay!”

“We arrived on Long Island very late on the 10th. We were at a hotel that was completely horrid and we had to get out of there. We left there the morning of the 12th and booked the Marriott. We left without showering and needed to get ourselves together for the day. The staff at the Marriott allowed us to get into a room around 11 and helped us tremendously. “An elevator that was turned off on purpose during the evening 3 days in a row with a fake sign of "broken" (I guarantee it worked during the day), a weird neighbourhood with drugs and drunk people everywhere. If this doesn't bother you, its close to a metro station (scary at night) and decently comfortable and clean. ”
