“I struggled whether to write this review.I’ll start by saying the staff were absolutely lovely,very professional and dealt with our complaint with real empathy.Unfortunately,the pictures on the site do not reflect the reality of this hotel,as another guest in reception at the same time also raised.
Firstly,we filtered our results by parking,as this was really important.I didn’t realise until I phoned the hotel that parking is on-street only along a busy sea-front,with some spaces at the...

“Clean room but uncomfortably hot, noisy outside and hot air blowing in from gym aircon below. Bathroom even hotter. Bad sleep each night and staff were very polite but unable to help at all. Would not stay here again.”

“Throughly enjoyed our stay as a family with our dog!
Staff were super friendly and so helpful and inviting.
The location is great with a beautiful view of the lake.
We ate in the restaurant for dinner and would definitely recommend and the breakfast was really tasty.
Beds really comfortable and clean! Room has everything you need.
Will be back for sure!”
