“First off, I had reservation for check in at 3pm. When checking in I was told my room wasn't ready due to having the some water damage in the room. I had stated to the clerk at the front if I was going to get a room with water damage, he stated "no". Around close to 5pm I was able to finally able to check in to my room. Room looked clean up until I had noticed that the floor was wet. Didn't think much since husband had just took a shower and he probably had wet feet. Decided to just wipe the...

“This was my second stay, and I’m glad I came back. Rating it 5 stars on this trip. I feel like the room was extremely clean compared to last time. I would still love a full length mirror in the room ;) but not a deal breaker. Excellent perks too for Expedia members with status.”

“Siamo arrivati molto tardi ed abbiamo trovato la camera più fredda di un congelatore, ma qui negli States non c’è da stupirsi. Ci hanno dato una stanza fronte autostrada a piano terra: praticamente si sentiva ogni macchina che passava (ci hanno messo a disposizione i tappi per le orecchie). In più le due stanze adiacenti ospitavano cani (che io adoro per carità) ma che hanno abbaiato tutta la notte rispondendosi. Ok per accettare i cani ma almeno potevano avere l’’accortezza di metterli in due...

“Our room was full of tiny bugs!
It was so bad that we had to leave the hotel at 1 am looking for somewhere else.
The guy at the front desk was also extremely rude. We came back the next morning and we told him about the trouble we went through and showed him some pictures of the unit with bugs and he basically said it’s not his problem!”
