“Strana sensazione.... Struttura nuovissima, architettura contemporanea. Poi come entri hai la sensazione del non finito, del precario. Le stanze sono essenziali, neanche un armadio o una sedia per appoggiare le valigie. Bagno nuovissimo, con calcare incrostato ovunque. Letto comodo, lenzuola bianche (almeno questo... In indonesia non e' cosa scontata ). Pulizia della stanza (nuova)... No comment. Il primo giorno proprio non hanno fatto le pulizie... Il secondo giorno quasi uguale ......

“First night before joing a boat was a dorm room...bed was comfy but the ladder to the top bunk was really difficult and the room too hot for me (air con set at 24). “This place is absolutely amazing, a definite touch of paradise . The hotel and dining areas are amazing with excellent staff , thankyou Budi . It's a fantastic getaway in a fantastic location . Only reason I don't give it 5 stars was it was very difficult to get a straight answer out of one of the staff when it came to airport transfers and an organised private boat trip. Other than that brilliant and would definitely return😊”

“Skrækkeligt hotel. Personalet kunne ikke finde vores reservation, da vi fik et værelse måtte vi bede om håndklæder og toiletpapir, lagner var beskidte. Der var ingen rengøring på værelset i de 3 dage vi var der, måtte igen bede og rene håndklæder og toiletpapir... Der var ellers rigeligt med personale. Der var ingen information om stedet og der var svært at kommunikere med personalet, vi kunne læse os til i andre anmeldelser at der var en cafe som havde morgenmad, men ingen fortalte os om det...
