I called and spoke with someone (as the protocol dictated) but they didn't send me the email or text with my room code that they promised would be sent "right away." “It was a cute room and it was clean. But it’s not very well lit outside if you wanted to go to the casino at night. Also, there is no on-site gift shop and no on-site food at all! So it was a problem that I forgot my toothbrush and I was hungry. There’s no refrigerator in the room either so you can’t keep food there. It’s good if you don’t wanna spend a lot of time in your room and you’re not looking for food close by.”
