“This place was so awesome. We came from North America. The bungalows were super clean, in very good shape (not beat on) and are way better than a typical European hotel room. The staff at the front desk was so accommodating. The staff in the restaurant were excellent. The included breakfast was very tasty. Had the lady in the kitchen make us all different style of eggs for breakfast and the Americano coffees were included too ahhhh. We rented a vehicle Andy the airport so we had transportation....

“Siamo arrivati tardi, ma nonostante cucina e ristorante fossero già chiusi, non hanno esitato un attimo per farci accomodare in ristorante e darci da mangiare (oltretutto cucina ottima). Non so quanti si sarebbero comportati allo stesso modo. La struttura è bella, il mare è favoloso, il personale è disponibilissimo sempre. Da tornarci sicuramente (noi ci stiamo già pensando). Unica pecca, il pagamento da farsi in contanti (non so se per problemi momentanei o per scelta della struttura).”

“When I got to the hotel there was no one at the front desk at any time. I did not have WiFi therefore I was never able to contact them. Owners are nice and do try their best but I wouldn’t be back. Rooms are modern and it is within 8-12 min walking to church and main area. Air conditioning in my room was not working well, it was kind of hot. “It was VERY late in the season when we arrived. The staff was probably tired of questions and requests. That being said, We were treated fine and the staff accommodated us with prompt kindness. Dinner and breakfast were fine and although we didn't use the beach, it looked great. Room was adaquate though dated. “We are a family of 4 2 adults and 2 girls ages 10 and 6. We are from Denmark and have traveled all over the world. This was our first trip to Neum in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and was a stop on the way on our Balkan trip. We did not expect much of this place as we were just staying 1 night we didn’t spend so much on the room as it was a stopover, but wish we should have stayed longer.
