“La camera è arredata molto bene, posto comodo sulla via centrale. Difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio se sei straniero difficoltà anche nel pagamento. Su Expedia cvera scritto pulizia tutti i giorni in realtà come mi è stato detto è ogni 3. C'era scritto inoltre terrazza ma, in realtà era un piccolo balconcino occupato per la maggior parte dal motore del condizionatore. Consiglio cmq per location e per la stanza cmq confortevole. ”

“Nice charming hotel in a quiet spot, but only a short walk from the slopes. Certainly great value. The included breakfast and dinner buffets were both pretty decent, better than most that I have experienced in the past. Friendly staff.”

The hotel is owned and run by a mother and son team, who did so much to make us feel welcome and gave us a lovely taste of the local culture and cuisine. ”

“False informatiom saying they are at 10 kms from Rila Monastery, but you must round the mountain and you must do 120 kms to arrive... what kind of fraud it is? It is to much!!!”

“ Honestly, it's not the most modern hotel. There's no mini-fridge in the room, and the TV isn't the latest model. But the rooms are large and very spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was reasonable. The price was attractive and, in my opinion, worth the money. For those who are intimidated by a luxurious hotel, this may not be the first choice, but for those who want a nice place on a reasonable budget, this is definitely a reasonable option.”

“Misleading information in room led me to miss the closing time of the restaurant and therefore no real food options available other than trip to local garage ! Update your info in the rooms !!!! ”

“The hotel is a little dated and would benefit from a refurbishment, but the staff were excellent and the breakfast was great. The location is superb, with plenty of facilities and convenient parking. Outstanding value for money too, as our stay was very inexpensive. If you’re looking for something modern and stylish this may not be the place, but for value it’s hard to beat.”

“The hotel offers very good accommodation conditions, we are not talking about luxury, we are talking about functionality. We didn't feel like we were missing anything even for a moment. One recommendation: a little diversity at breakfast would not hurt.”
