“Asked for a Zelle “refundable” deposit and denied refund citing violation of house rules however there are documented images from their security footage that we did not violate those rules they claimed we did. They told me I checked in with three other guests and sent security footages, those were my friends helping me move the luggage not guests checking in. The total number of guests never violated any rules. They don’t have heater/AC in the room, asked us to open the window or use the room...

“There is something for everyone at this nicely located hotel near the Green Line and steps away from many chic restaurants and bars. The Hoxton pays attention to details and adds the extras that elevate a stay -- water bottle fill stations on every floor, coffee bar in the hotel, quick early breakfast delivered to the room for those rushing out. The downside was the AC did not work in our room, the fridge did not cool in our friends' room, and a room flooded into the hall, so some maintenance...

“Excellent hotel, very well located near multiple public transportation solutions (bus/L line/Metra). Excellent comfort in the room, super breakfast, personell fully available. Very safe area, near restaurants, shopping and Chicago main attractions. Top recommended!! ”
