“I picked this hotel because it is located on the river front and we could walk every where we wanted to go. We had plenty of restaurants and bars and little shops to explore in to get out of the heat. We had a great time in Savannah. I would definitely recommend the Hyatt Regency Riverfront in Savannah.”

“I had an issue with an Expedia voucher because I did not receive the full amount that was stated on the voucher. The voucher clearly said I was entitled to two drinks and two snacks, but I was told different things by different staff members. “Perfect location but our room lock had constant problems and finally died. We wanted to go out multiple times and while out tried to check in on our room access to get back in over 2 days.
You cannot get a person on the end of the phone at either concierge or front desk. Tried literally over 30 times no exaggeration. They were perfectly nice but for want of a nicer way to explain pretty much a Motley Crew.
We also weren’t told that Valet was $60/night not that the price matters. Perspective...

“There was nothing that made it seem like a “Resort”, like advertised. The cleaning staff were very nice and did a decent job. The valet staff were great but they were brought in from Atlanta for the weekend. We ended up checking out a day early and nobody at the front desk asked why or seemed to care.”
