“The day man at the front desk, I don't remember his name, was very friendly and gave us advice on things to do in Savannah. We asked for a handicap shower seat, I am a below knee amputee, I don't believe they had one. He somehow pulled it off and delivered it to our room. Amazing cutomer service, thank you!!!!”

“Room couldn’t have been cleaner or nicer. The smell diffused thoughout the hotel was AMAZING. Service was great. The only downside is if your room faces Bay Street & you’re a light sleeper, you won’t sleep. Big trucks & cars rumbling past all night long. Linens were very nice but pillows were too flat. Otherwise an A+ facility. Would stay again. ”

Faccio presente al manager che non fa alcun gesto… anzi… da la colpa a noi che avremmo dovuto accertarci se la camera fosse pronta. Niente scuse, niente risarcimento. Nulla di nulla. In camera lavandino non scarica e abat-jour non funziona ”
