“Gym and buffet breakfast was good though signage re: gluten free etc could be better. Staff were always smiling and pleasant to deal with. Matress a bit too soft but overall a good family stay. The buggy parked at the doorway created a bottle neck for pedestrian traffic whenever a coach or car was parked at the entrance. ”

“Location was great and having onsite parking was perfect. Pool was good too and not too busy. Room was good, but the smell of carpet deodoriser was too much as we walked in. The washing machine didn’t seem to work properly which would explain the dirty cutlery and crockery. Hot water in the taps was an issue to get on, it would only heat up when the hot shower was running. Staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and when asking for some things you could see they didn’t want to get it for...

“Probably the only issue for us was the road noise from the Highway in the Hinterland apts. Double glazing would help. Apartment was great and staff were very fruendly and helpful. We had an issue with shower slide and it was fixed very promptly. ”
