“The room and public aeras were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dining in the hotel were good. The drive to the hotel gave us some thoughts but as soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. All by all I would definitely recommend this hotel as it was also close to the walled part of Cartagena.”

“The hotel was really beautiful for colombian standards. However they lack proper transfer to the village and surroundings. Customers are obliged to join expensive tours if they want to get out. Personell was attentive and hard working but they were not to enough in number to satisfy customers needs. We felt trapped in the hotel.”
