“Everything was very neat and orderly. I would have liked to see a little more attention taken to the beach itself though. There was some trash about. ”

“Su una spiaggia bellissima con sabbia bianca. Bastava camminare 5 minuti per trovare un pezzo di spiaggia deserta. E' una bella struttura, con grandi camere moderne ma senza atmosfera: enorme e con migliaia di americani che stazionano in piscina alla ricerca di drink gratis. Non è il genere di albergo che ci piace anche se sapevamo che non era un boutique hotel. Grande varietà di cibo di buona qualità.”

“Loved the food options. 2 different pools, one with a lot of activities and one more quiet. The staff was outstanding. Big shout out to Gina, our server in the Cafe and Alba our hostess. Drivers Heiner and Nelson made our transportation around the resort personable and enjoyable. We were treated as friends rather than guests. The head concierge Josue was attentive to our every need and the ultimate professional. ”

“Ottima struttura, arredata benissimo, parco con alberi secolari, davanti alla spiaggia, pulizia. Per i prezzi che fa è OTTIMO. Di contro il ristorante non è il massimo ed è caro. Ho avuto problemi di assegnazione della stanza che avevo prenotato, ho dovuto combattere un pò....pazienza, abbasso un pochino il voto.”

“This hotel was definitely 5 star. Dinner was good. Breakfast was ok. Bed was a little hard but room was beautiful with floor to ceiling windows with a view of the jungle. We only stayed one night didn’t see any monkeys but heard howler monkeys yelling. Hot springs were amazing! Except it could use some lighting down there for night time they are open until 8 but it gets dark at 6. Staff was top notch!!! ”

“The property was a pleasant place with easy access to food and restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the internet connection was excellent, considering my cell phone’s 5G features were limited. “We are so glad to have stayed at this wonderful property. You are well looked after with amenities such as laundry (and detergent), separate bedrooms and living areas, a kitchen with all appliances - even a dishwasher. There is a wonderful concierge who provided a wealth of information and tour upon arrival.
