The walls were filthy, the stairs had not been vacuumed, the bathroom floors had not been properly swept or mopped, there were urine stains and hair on the toilets/floors, used feminine hygiene products in the main bathroom trash can, and the sheets in the main bedroom had so much hair on them that we questioned whether they had been cleaned at all. “We had an infestation of ants all over the apartment. We had them in the bed on the coach in the kitchen crawling all over the floor. “The Palacio Condominiums were dreamy and perfect! The balcony was my favorite place to sit and have coffee every morning. The kitchen was stocked with the utensils and pans we needed. “It was clean and picked up. It was a little more beat up than it looked in the pictures. The frig was old and really scratched. The beach and the view from them balcony were great. I asked for maintenance because one of the rooms storm shutters would not open. They never came in fixed in the 5 days we were there. Stop at the condo and check for things like paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc…. We stopped prior and bought some and didn’t need it. We left a bunch of it behind.”
