“The property is in a perfect location. You can walk to anywhere you want to go in Gatlinburg. We have been coming to this hotel for many years. The staff is always helpful and friendly but we did notice this year that the rooms are getting a little tired and could use a refresh. They are clean but some of the furniture (chair in the king room) are stained and the beds are not as comfortable as they have been in the past.

“Paid over $300 per night and yet they felt the need to charge me a nightly distination fee. They give you a coupon for $5.00 off a meal or a drink and charge you $20.00. What a deal! Then the final insult was they charged me twice for the same fee. $78.22 charged on my hotel fee and another $20 per day on my Valet parking bill.
