“This condo was very clean and neat. It would be a little tight with four people sharing one bathroom, unless it was a family with children. The elevator was a little funky - it always stops on the first floor on the way down whether you push the button or not! Exit is at B. But, at least there is an elevator! The accommodations were very nice, just BEWARE of the large Property Fee added to the seemingly low nightly price.”

“The cabin was in excellent condition. Beautiful drive up the mountain to get to the cabin. Very clean and well kept. All the appliances as far as coffee pots, utensils, plates and cups, pots and pans are provided as well. The manager over strollin bear was fantastic with helping get everything ready for our Trip. Will definitely be sending everyone to this cabin that wants to stay in gatlinburg!! ”

“The home we stayed in was great. I didn’t agree with the terms of the contracts. After booking with Hotels.com and paying. I am then contacted by Advantstay that I have 15 more pages of conditions I must agree to including a background check. I refused to agree and sign the forms. They said they would not refund me any of my nearly $2600.00 I had paid through Hotel's.com. “The property was very nice in the pictures. Upon arrival things seemed dated and worn (normal wear and tear) there were a few minor issues. There was no water disturbance alarm present as described, the dryer did not work (luckily there is a 24hr laundry down the hill), there was a dustpan present with no broom and door to lower deck will only stay shut when locked. Air hockey had to be plugged in and unplugged to work as power buttons didnt work, and pool table pockets had holes so balls hit...

“Excelente hotel! Cerca de todo y sobre todo de la Isla de Pigeon Forge. El hotel huele super rico y esta muy limpio y super lindo. Nos quedamos solo una noche. Nos atendieron rápido. Incluye el estacionamiento más no el desayuno y tiene un costo de $14.95 por persona. La habitacion estuvo excelente. En fin me encanto todo ! Lo recomiendo y volveria. Lo único que puedo decir es que la persona que me hizo el check in nos atendió bien pero no dijo buenos días ni bienvenido como en otros hoteles...

Wish there was a little more communication before arrival. Beds need updated - too squishy for anyone over the age of 40 or with back issues. ”

“It’s a split level with lots of stairs. But if you don’t mind the climb, it’s worth it. Aunt Bugs was great and we had a lovely time. Pool was a little small and we had to share it with the entire complex. Other than that, had a great time. ”
