The reason for the 3 stars was due to the fact that the freezer was frozen over and during the night one of our cans of water exploded in the refrigerator. Not a pleasant sound or experience to wake up to. We did notify the front desk and nothing was ever done to rectify/replace the refrigerator during our stay. Our bottle of creamer was also frozen. “They are sneaky, they hide a $10 parking fee per day. They also charge $16 for a basic breakfast. I clearly chose to prepay for $10 for the breakfast for my entire stay, but the young lady at the front desk just told me that it was $16. She couldn't explain that because I booked through Expedia it was only going to cost us $10. I wouldn't have minded spending $10 had I known that's what I would have been charged. Training is important. If you call to complain that you're upstairs neighbors...
