All is well until the hotel decided to host Passover for about 1500 people that were coming in and started shutting down our accommodations. We ended up with three restaurants left on our last two days because they were accommodating the group coming in. They also forgot about their regular guest and were more attentive for the ones coming in, which was very disappointing.”

“All the food in the restaurants was fantastic, the selection of alcohol available to the privilege guests is excellent. The sargassum on the beach was minimal. But the staff were far and away the highlight of the trip. If I could rate them a 6 I would.

We liked very much service in the room, we enjoyed the food and all amentties
We kindly recomand: the procedure of getting into the buffet needs to be revised, as it takes up to 15 minutes to be seated, especially with kids it is not very convinient to wait this much time!
Also we recomand to train some of the stuff not to push for tip. As it is all inclusive, tip needs to be optional!”
