“This was an incredible stay. The location, the breakfast oh that pool, so refreshing after long walks. You can access the entire area by foot. I stayed a week. Never rented a scooter and walked to Ninh binh twice. Freedom was such a relaxing wonderful experience and the little lady who literally sweeps, cleans and smiles all day. Made my day as the world goes mad. My mind was free. Thank you, it's not goodbye, just see you down the trail. 😍”

“There was actually a mixup with my booking and I did not stay at this homestay. I was contacted after I made the booking to explain that there had been an overbooking and I was offered to stay at the family’s other homestead just down the road. The Sam Home was a very new and beautiful property. I enjoyed my own bungalow and had a choice of breakfast beside the beautiful pool. “Beautiful location! The approach through rice paddies, palm trees and striking limestone karsts is memorable. The layout of the property is also nice, with a winding pathway to the rooms. My room was spacious and I heard no noise from other guests. The interior was a little dated, but fully functional. Staff was great, from check in to the individually prepared breakfasts, handling my laundry request, getting me going with a bicycle, and booking a full day excursion.”

“The room I had was large, very clean and included some nice features like a built in LED temp gauge for shower temp water. Some things I always look for and met my expection included quiet and efficient AC, fridge, safe, comfortable mattress, lots of closets and drawers space.
