“they are still remodeling. the door in one bathroom was broken- my child got food poisoning && passed out && we almost couldn't get to him innthe bathroom. ALSO There was no extra bedding or pillows for the pull out, and when we called to ask- they told us to look in our room... again... lucky we found the remotes for the TV while looking.... at check-out they asked how we are- && we explained the food poisoning && where we went (buffet) && they said " what did you expect?" ... “Motel was nice but there weren’t enough carts. Had to wait 20 minutes when we checked in and could not find one at checkout. Being a disabled veteran it was not easy to get my luggage to the car. It took 4 trios. Very frustrating in this area.”

“This property is OK, but there is absolutely no amenities included. Everything is extra. The rooms are like dorm rooms, although the bed was comfortable.”

“Main management and a few employees are very kind and helpful. Our family was in a studio for a few days. During this time we noticed the employees didn’t like to stay at the front desk. They kept a sign up that says they will be back in a few minutes or dial zero on the phone for immediate assistance. So if you need anything, you constantly had to call them. They were just in the back behind the door hiding out. It just gives the appearance that they’re not real eager to want to help you when...
