“Favorite place to stay when I come to visit”

“Couldnt access the front door entrance when checking in. We were told the pool wasn’t available, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. After checking in, found large toenail clippings in the carpet! Also, black marks on pillows, possibly makeup? I was told that I should’ve contacted the main desk about this. “Pool was disgusting, unable to use it. Restaurant was closed, the breakfast was only cereal and Jimmy Dean microwave sandwiches. There old food left in the fridge in my room, housekeeping never did a thorough cleaning from the prior guest. The outside has overgrown weeds throughout the entire property. “The room smells, looked nothing like the pictures, and it was not clean nor safe. It was old- like 1950s old. It looked like a hotel you see in the movies when the coroner comes ”

“I was charged 3 times and no one seemed to know why. They said to wait 24 hours. The first 2 charges then after I called another charge showed up. the TV remote hardly worked. Very frustrating to see charges show up and no one seemed to know why. I was told to try and call when a manager was available. Tried customer service but took a very long time.”

“It was going through some updates,so there was construction equipment in the parking lot. The room was very clean and modern looking. Front office staff were very nice and accommodating. Checking in was easy and quick”
