“Lady was very nice when letting them know my mini fridge wasn't working. She moved me to another room without hesitation. The beds are the most comfortable that I've seen in any hotel as of yet. ”

“The property was good. It accommodated my family of 5 easily. Love the pool. Wish we paid for it to be heated. As the property stated, it is lil lizards on the outside of the property, was still scared being from New york. Overall would recommend and would be back if i come back to Florida. ”

“The house is very nice and big, but the pool was very small. The televisions didn't work; we filed a complaint, but they never came to check them. ”

“I left briefly after I arrived because there was people there & she did not try to work with me it was very frustrating while trying to get in contact with her she kept picking up & hanging up on my face even multiple attempts of Expedia contacting her I didn’t want a full refund because I understand her policy but she didn’t try to work with me for a solution. ”
