“Property is new and some construction is ongoing. No receptionist or staff after hours. We did not realize that and arrived at the property at night. Got to sleep in our rental car. Reason given by staff that there was a lack of communication was when I reserved through Expedia my cell phone was not provided to them. Nice place. Units are individual tiny houses adjacent to the spa. Clean and maintained. Another negative is that they play elevator music on the property throughout the day and you...

“This was the best Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms were immaculate, front desk and check in was super easy. Looks recently renovated. There is a small coin operated laundry on premises. Only 2 negatives, no hairdryer and no elevators.”

“Hotel had no common area bathroom on first floor, which would not have been important except my wife had a bathroom emergency during check-in and had to run up 18 stairs to our room on second floor and did not quite make it in time. Second floor also did not have an ice machine or vending machines. Room was clean and comfortable with good amenities (including two sitting chairs). Bathroom had a shower with exposed Sheetrock behind it such that when shower was turned on, it sprayed across the...

“The property was closed when we arrived, indefinitely, without notifying anyone. When we showed up there were chains on the door.”

“The room was clean. The detergent used to wash the sheets set off my allergies. The apple juice dispenser was inoperative on both mornings and the orange juice dispenser was inoperative on the second morning. The ice dispenser in the breakfast area is permanently on a pallet jack, which doesn't inspire confidence. On the other hand, the basic breakfast was good and the staff was cheerful and very helpful.”
