It's a 5 minute walk from the road, up a hill, so it's remote from any external hassle. Your outside garden look down over a valley of terraced rice fields and distant forests. “We arrived during the evening when the water palace was past opening hours. We walked through the garden and pools which are beautiful even at night. We were warmly welcomed and the check-in was smooth and easy. There are only 5 rooms so the private pool is never crowded. You can swim at night if the weather is good. The staff service both the hotel guests and the restaurant. They always greet you with a smile and the service is always excellent.

“Literally perfect! The best stay I had in Bali. The staff were so friendly and always on top of everything, literally felt like a spa and resort type place. Around the hotel there is really nothing to do but the hotel provides so many services like breakfast, lunch, dinner, a pool, and a spa. A must go to hotel!!”

Camera molto spaziosa, doppio lavandino e bagno con doccia “abitabile”; da elogiare anche la piscina con i zampilli dalle sculture sulle pareti.
Il problema nasce sul mantenimento della struttura e sui servizi minimi di camera.
Cominciamo dal livello strutturale: il pavimento (parquet) presenta delle assi disconnesse; le pareti presentano macchie (questo è il meno) ma soprattutto una crepa vicino uno dei due lavandini; altro problema erano le porte, entrambe...

“To get there, you have to go through a garbage dump outside the property, and it looks more like an improvised stay than a real accommodation. Toilettes are shared and outside the room. We got this accommodation for our driver thinking it was a “low cost” option, but we felt extremely embarrassed once we got there. This place is not up to the expected standard and the facilities and environment are not well maintained. I would not recommend this place for anyone to stay unless it is literally...

“My mom had a knee injury and wasn't able to walk without crutches or wheelchair. The staff went all above and beyond to accommodate her and ensure she was OK. They were able to get us the closest room to the parking lot and were exteemely helpful ensuring she got there safe. The view is stunning, the facilities are extraordinary, the food is also good. Cleannningnes is unmatched, it was worth its price. I would only encourage them to scrub more often the toilette/shower floor as it had a mild...

The biggest drawback is the lousy road full of potholes and only one lane leading up from the main road. Unfortunately my weather was not be best but imagine the view to be spectacular in good weather. Worth a visit.”

Buona la colazione, servita sul tavolo del balcone, e soprattutto un personale incredibilmente gentile e affettuoso. Possibilità di ricevere da mangiare a prezzi veramente vantaggiosi e ottimi anche i massaggi in camera, molto convenienti.
