“The place looked quite ominous and derelict with poor signage. There were signs asking for car parking payment, although parking costs were included in the accommodation package. Reception staff did nothing to help clarify this, indeed adding to this confusion for a short while. The accommodation was not as described. Which is really my main gripe. “The owner was VERY attentive, from parking to grocery shopping to restaurants for breakfast or dinner. Even gave us a scenic route to drive to Inverness that we enjoyed.”

“When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. ”
