“The owner was VERY attentive, from parking to grocery shopping to restaurants for breakfast or dinner. Even gave us a scenic route to drive to Inverness that we enjoyed.”

“When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. ”

Reception staff did nothing to help clarify this, indeed adding to this confusion for a short while. The accommodation was not as described. Which is really my main gripe. “Our host let us down and didn’t give us check in information so we couldn’t t get in and had to book a hotel. He phoned eventually and said he was too far away. Should be struck off and we expect a full refund.”
