The culture within the staff is of equality and professionalism. I liked how the CEO Mr Mohasin, the owner, Mr Jalal would be as available to the guests as Mai, Saieed, Alwi from the front desk.
Did I mention Fahd. He serves the best food with an even better smile.

“I used this hotel for a business trip. I was there for two days in total. The first shock was when I drove up to the hotel. It was a roughly 500m long, unkempt gravel road. When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a really run-down hotel complex. The rooms were unacceptable. Wallpaper was torn off. The bathroom was very unkempt. The shower didn't work. There was also no toilet paper. I had to get a roll from reception. The gentlemen at reception asked me to bring me another roll. I refused...

Inside all is a super new, but most nice is the 1st class service of this family serviced apartment. Arranged us food delivery in evening that she even brought it to the room. No really that was very nice to be. Only regret is to have been only one night. I would have found them before, i would stay at least 2 nights to rest more and make maybe a laundry.”
