Upon entering my room, I discovered that the television, the room phone, and the alarm clock were all non-functional, leaving me unable to contact the front desk for assistance. “Everything was great. No Complaints ”

“Ho soggiornato per 5gg. Struttura vecchiotta abbastanza tipica di hotels di quella fascia di prezzo, ma appunto il prezzo era buono.”

“I come here often. Really no complaints. It's a bit old but the rooms seem to be upgraded. The staff are always kind and helpful. The only issue I had was that I was locked out of my room because something was wrong with the actual lock and not my key. So, that was a little bit of a hassle but nothing to stop me from coming there next time!”

I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to be checked in and not because it was busy but because there was nobody available. “The place stunk like smoke even though I asked for non smoking. There were burn holes in the bedspread! It was grungy and stuff was smeared on the bathroom door. It was terrible!”

There was a guy in the hallway a homeless man at 1am on Saturday when I came off the elevator of the 6th floor. The Manager first offered me a refund then she said she was not going to give me back my money. I will not be staying there again.”
