“Arrived, booked the family suite room. They said they had probelms and my room was unavailable and there was no more rooms available. They transfered me across town to another one of their hotels. The room was lesser quality, hair in the sink, used soap in the bathroom, somking room, I didnt ask for a smoking room. The room was old and poor quailty. Turns out they gave my original room to a wedding party, how very unprofessional and scam like behavior. Dont stay with this hotel group. They are...

“L’unica cosa buona e’ la posizione centrale nella città vecchia di Baku, per il resto scomodo da raggiungere. Camera con upgrade “de luxe” veramente insufficiente, bagno scomodissimo e malandato. Tutto l’hotel avrebbe bisogno di una profonda ristrutturazione. Colazione presso un’altra struttura adiacente, circa 50 metri, ma di scarsa qualità. Personalmente non lo consiglio.”

“Lovely hotel on the outskirts of town but easy walk to Bakmil metro station (although trains there are limited). Nice very spacious room, with seating area. Excellent gym. Superb breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff, especially hotel manager, restaurant manager, restaurant waiter & girls cooking omelettes. Sadly some hotel guests were less than pleasant & we saw too many people handle the food at breakfast & then return it. The shower is lovely & huge but needs a thermostat as it goes between...

“Hotel is pretty new and very clean. Owners are great and super friendly. They communicate with you to confirm your arrival and will pick you up from the airport and drop off. I only stayed one night but wish I could stay longer and explore the area. ”
